    Hi Matthew,

Thanks for 2 great videos. Please send me information about anything that you have to offer that will help out someone who is a bit of a beginner in the internet marketing business. I would definitely like to have someone like you showing me the way through the maze.

    Hi Matt,

I really liked your video, you have some neat video tricks goin on there, I love your flow charts…

I believe that you are correct when you say we are wasting too much time, and I can’t wait to see the rest of your content on this subject…

I’m putting together a product idea; this couldn’t be better timing. I’m very interested. I like this, it almost seems like black hat product creation in that you are throwing a lot of mud at the wall and seeing what sticks. Thanks!

  6. David Strickland May 7, 2008 @ 7:42 pm

    Thanks for this great information,
I agree with the simplification process.

It seems to be a little more affective when you can eliminate some of the complicated
Inner workings of the whole process.

    Thanks,

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for this! I think the only other thing I would have focused on is concentrating on listbuilding 1st then promoting a product.

From what I’ve seen online so far, you can design a product and then get traffic, but it seems a more successfull model to build a list via free reports, teleseminars etc and then promote an affiliate product or your own product to a list that is relevant to those products.

Other than that, I love the simplicity that you focused on and would like to see how you go about choosing a product to promote.

    Thanks,

    Tim

Thanx for proving to us that simplicity still works in this complex internet marketing world, great findings guys

    Hi Matthew

Got to be one of the most helpful resources I’ve studied yet. I’ll be recommending this to my members. We’ve just had a record month in SEO hitting first place at yahoo and top in google but you’ve given me some food for thought on simplifying the whole process. I’m just about to grow our resource area so I’ll add these techniques to produce an even better deal for all, thanks again Matthew!

    Kind Regards

    Hi Matt

Me again. If your members and hopefully yourself wish to conduct a JV campaign I’d love to hear from you. After all it’s all about networking smarter. I failed to mention the resource area I’ll be boosting with your techniques is actually our wealth tuition site, thanks, looking forward to your next video!

  12. Bev May 7, 2008 @ 11:37 pm

    Hi Matthew,
Thank your for making something complex into a simple process. I have wasted so much time trying to learn a complex system and have still not accomplished much. Your video gets the focus on the main process first then develop from there. Will check out your product also. Thanks again.

  13. Rolf May 8, 2008 @ 12:19 am

    Hi, Matthew.

    Thank you for the videos.

I fully agree that it is very complicated to set up the first version and rather costly, too.

Personally I get very annoyed with these upsells, downsells and OTOS or free stuff if I tell my friends.

The reason is that I have just decided to buy the product, want to try it and test it thoroughly and the last thing I need at the purchase moment is more stuff to buy.

There seems to be a difference between North American and European marketing. You will not succeed very well with that style over here.

Also, just to mention it, it is illegal over here to offer something for free and then slip in another product for which you have to pay a monthly unless you, the customer, calls and cancels.

It is the other way here. As a merchant, you have to prove that the customer did order it explicitly.

While I am at it, it also annoys me that I have to go and click the order button before I can know the price.

Okay, maybe I was a little off.

Anyway, I enjoyed the second video. It really shows a good way to start up.

    All the best

  14. Graham May 8, 2008 @ 5:08 am

    Hi Matt,

    Excellent videos.

Really logical…I particularly liked the bit about starting with a sales page rather than a squeeze page re conversion rates.

Well done, don’t leave it too long before more videos are produced!

    Best,
    Graham.

  15. Maurice May 8, 2008 @ 6:04 am

    Hi Matthew!

Great info you’re putting for us out there! Can you show us where to get free traffic with free methods?

  16. David May 8, 2008 @ 7:54 am

    Hi Matthew,

I really like your approach. Everytime I try to get something going it seems I need another app or system to make it work but I am reluctant to do this until I know the offering will sell. Your approach makes sense but it is the first time I have heard a marketer explain this as a way of testing your product before you put all the systems in place.

  17. Chris Berringer May 8, 2008 @ 8:47 am

    Hi Mathew,

You hooked me with the Shreddies.

Shows that a good marketing/advertising program can and will have a ripple effect.

In fact I just bought a box of Diamond shaped Shreddies yesterday, not only because I like Shreddies, but in appreciation for the clever ad campaign.

I look forward to listenning to the rest of your videos.

  18. Terence May 8, 2008 @ 1:38 pm

Once again you have produced another informative video Matthew. You have a knack of distilling information down to the main essentials, making it very easy to understand.

I have come across a few systems like the one you described and I am thinking of doing this on a few of my sites instead of hitting people with a squeeze page first to see if they are effective.

    Keep these videos coming.

  19. Daniel Tetreault May 8, 2008 @ 2:55 pm

    Matthew:
Wow I loved your content. Your videos are always jammed packed with great content on internet marketing, but most of all, I love the way to visually give your readers the ‘big picture’.

I always walk away with a vision and mission to actually go out and perform a very specific action.

    Thanks,

    Daniel.

  20. WorkingFromHome May 8, 2008 @ 10:04 pm

    Hi Mathew

Totally agree with your simple cash secrets principles. Sometimes, trying too hard may not lead to desired results.

    Thanks.

Hi Mathew,Im a 76 yr. old newbie, eventhoug I got a college degree 50 yrs. ago,I still dont know a computer from a hole in the wall.As Im sure your aware, thousands of people flock to the internet every single day.At the time of arrival, the largest majority of them are NEWBIES. So,please always keep this unavoidable fact in the back of your mind.We dont know a thing about sales letters, autorespondersor opt-in pages.I HATE complicatet things.I love your simple way a lot better. Thanks,Fern

  22. nats May 9, 2008 @ 7:29 am

How right you are …….. simple will always win hands down. But that said you still need something to sell that poeple want to buy!

  23. Marie-Louise May 9, 2008 @ 7:50 am

    Hi Mathew,
Sounds so simple that I am now kicking my own butt for not thinking of it myself before. I went through the whole complicated system before, and of course, I failed!! You have just given me another reason to keep trying!
    Thanks and all the best,
    Marie-Louise

  24. Barry Roy May 9, 2008 @ 7:52 am

  25. Gary C. May 9, 2008 @ 8:05 am

Absolutely high value material. I look forward to the next videos. The flow charts and mind maps are great. I learned some new things.

Thank you for producing these. I appreciate the math too.

  26. Richard Howell May 9, 2008 @ 9:54 am

    Great Matthew -

    Great videos!

I was ready to buy something and you didn’t offer anything . . . :)

    Thanks again for simplifying what
    - at first - appears to be a very difficult process.

    Have a good day.

  27. The Infotainer May 9, 2008 @ 1:08 pm

    Matthew

I coach entertainers and they do not have a lot (if any) of ‘other’ product, so I’ve been coaching a similar model for them. Then, once that’s working, adding in some other streams by creating some other packages, product, services … by which time they are more comfortable in the extra understanding and work that involves.

BUT you explain it so well not just the what but also the why ad I recommend anyone, no ‘everyone’ to go get the how too.

Amazing simplification of the process. You have laid out very clearly the thinking process that probably every Internet Marketeer - Newbie can benefit from.

    Thanks

  29. Graeme Hardie May 9, 2008 @ 7:34 pm

    Thanks Matthew,

Great content. As you said it’s not rocket science, but sometimes it needs someone to lay it out like you have here. Thankyou for this opportunity, and look forward to the next videos.

  30. Ricardo Weatherly May 9, 2008 @ 7:51 pm

    Hi Matthew,
Great video Matthew, yours is so different from what other marketers tell me. They say always start out with high ticket items, because you to the place you want to be financially faster. I also understand where you are coming from also, especially if the person is just starting out.

I’m looking forward to the other videos.

    Ricardo

  31. Dianna May 9, 2008 @ 9:32 pm

There are many of us out here that have been in Network Marketing for years, but with the crunch of making money the antiquated way haven’t learned the ways of internet sales. I will be encouraging my ‘classmates’ to look at these video’s. It will make it easier for them to contemplate the process without too much programming to boggle their minds.

Thanks for giving the much simpler version!!

  32. Amelia May 12, 2008 @ 1:42 am

    Hi Matthew,
Thanks for the videos. I’m still a newbie and when I first saw you first flowchart I found it too confusing and did not want to go on watching. But I thought I’d give it a try. When I came to part 2 that was what interested me. You have really simplified the system. I will look forward to more information that you will be providing me. If I could, I’d like you to be my mentor.
    Thanks again.
    Amelia

    Hey Mathew,

I love this video.Well-presented,undisrupted,easy flowing. But I find volume is a bit of low intensity.May be,my computer’s sound problem.Of course, materials are of high quality.I’m much optimistic about this marketing strategy.

  34. Mike Anderson May 12, 2008 @ 2:41 pm

Matthew, be careful that you don’t meet yourself coming in the ‘out’ door. You started teaching the complex systems. Now you are back to simple ones. All kidding aside, these are great videos. Super. Thanks.

Learned alot from your 2 videos. Said in plain english. Thanks and can’t wait for more videos. Take care.

  37. Garry May 12, 2008 @ 6:21 pm

No doubt about it Matthew your videos would have to be the finest ‘no-hype’ presentations on the web - like a breath of fresh air amongst all the other noise out there.

  38. Airplane Pilot Careers May 12, 2008 @ 6:34 pm

I could’ve really used this information when I started.

Intellectually I knew that all I needed was a product, a website, and traffic but I felt I needed all of the bells and whistles that other marketers used.

It’s best to start like Matthew says and depending on how your test goes tweak your product/process, modify it or drop it.

  39. Airplane Pilot Careers May 12, 2008 @ 6:37 pm

One more thing.. why not place an exit pop up on your sales page that offers a free report/audio/video etc in exchange for an e-mail address.

Just because they didn’t buy today doesn’t mean they won’t buy tomorrow.

  40. Alex May 12, 2008 @ 9:29 pm

    Hi Matt,

You have made some good points…but I dont agree that creating the system you mentioned before is very expensive or complex…there are software systems designed to take care of all of this…jv manager does quite a good job of this for example…

    Alex.

  41. David May 13, 2008 @ 6:50 am

    Hi Matthew,

    Very,very good.

Well presented, excellent material and good
    ideas.

    Thank you,

    David.

  42. Mervyn Peters May 13, 2008 @ 12:54 pm

I like the videos all I need is an affordable web system.

  43. Feljadet Callao May 13, 2008 @ 7:05 pm

I like the view of your videos, all the contents are good and valuable. One more thing is to know how to deal with the system about this matter.

    Thank you very much.

  44. George May 14, 2008 @ 1:25 pm

Great information Matthew. Could your System Cash Secrets work with a Blog?

    Thanks!

  45. Jack Sether May 15, 2008 @ 12:32 pm

    Hi Matthew -

I really enjoy your videos, and you couldn’t be more right in simplifying the system for those just getting started. The biggest problem is becoming overwhelmed with info (some good, some trash) and becomming paralyzed trying to include every possible option you have in your sales system. Best to start out with a simple system, an inexpensive product or service, and quickly test to see if you can be profitable, as you have so aptly described.

Thanks, again! I expect your upcoming video on TRAFFIC to be equally as good.

  46. Hilary Stewardson May 17, 2008 @ 1:36 pm

    Hi Matthew and thank you,
I do have a product and have been feeling I didn’t know what the next step should be. Yeah, yeah, read my book and get the traffic. But I was feeling I had to have the squeeze page - so I did that - and then should have backend offers, etc., etc. So instead I just went off and put my time into something else.
You have helped me to streamline my thinking and focus my planning. Such a relief to realize I don’t have to do it all before it can work. :)
    Thank you.

  47. Sinela May 18, 2008 @ 10:02 am

    Hi Matthew,

Thank it is really a great system.

I think that your system is a must to have for any marketer who needs to make a Serious Money Online.

    Thank You Again,

  48. Bona Koenig May 27, 2008 @ 4:19 am

    Hi Matthew,

Sorry that I have only now looked at the video .. I have had some problems, then I had to be away for two weeks, however, I just wanted to say that this idea is ‘fantastic’ — cuts so much of the work to minimum and really easy to understand.

    Thanks a bunch.

    Cheerio
    Bona.

  49. Anita May 27, 2008 @ 8:25 am

    Hi Mathew,

Great Videos and total common sense. We all tend to over complicate things when we first start thinking we must have this we must have that to make it all work. I was told years ago in a different business about the KISS (keep it simple stupid) and that really says it all.

I enjoy getting your emails as there is always something valuable in there to learn from.

    Regards
    Anita
